New ownership, new direction, new name. That was the challenge in front of us when this building business came to us looking for a fresh start. Rather than jumping straight into design, we started at the very beginning, working through their brand story and getting to the bottom of what makes them genuinely different.

From that process, the name Dovetail emerged and from the name grew a visual identity and website that properly reflect the craftsmanship and care that goes into every project they deliver. There’s a sense of precision and integrity running through the whole thing just like a well-made dovetail joint.
